"Tracking was actually spot on"
I assumed the tracking would be a bit off like usual, but it was accurate all day. The parcel turned up exactly when it said it would, so no complaints from me.

"Helpful packaging advice, with one small delay"
I wasn’t really sure what sort of boxes and tape would be strong enough for some of our heavier parts, so I got in touch with Kite Packaging. The person I spoke to was really helpful and explained everything in plain English without trying to push extra stuff on me. The only slight downside was that it took a bit longer than I expected to get everything sorted, but once the order arrived, the packaging worked well and has held up fine so far. Overall, really good technical advice and I’d be happy to use them again

"Pretty easy pickup"
I ordered online and went to collect it the next day, and it was all straightforward. The staff found my order quickly enough, at least from what I could tell, and I didn’t have to hang around. Parking was a bit tight when I went, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that or I just caught it at a bad time.

I’ve ordered from Kite Packaging a few times now, it’s been easy every time. Easy, easy, easy, which is exactly what you want when you’re just trying to get packaging sorted. I really like that they’ve got a decent range of recycled and recyclable options too. I found paper tape and eco mailers without having to search forever, and the delivery was quick. Everything arrived packed sensibly as well, without loads of unnecessary plastic. It’s just nice to use a supplier that actually seems to think about waste

I needed a quote for some packaging bits and wasn’t looking forward to chasing around for prices. I tried Kite and was really relieved when they got back to me much quicker than I expected.
The whole thing was easy, with no fuss, and the price was clear from the start. It meant I could get the order sorted the same day, which was a big weight off my mind. I’d happily use them again

"Handy packaging that’s easy to recycle"
I ordered a few boxes and some paper tape from Kite Packaging and it all did the job nicely. I liked that there wasn’t loads of plastic to deal with, and most of it can just go in the recycling after use. Delivery was straightforward too. Simple, useful stuff — I’d happily order from them again when I need more packing supplies.

"Refund was sorted with no fuss"
I’d ordered some boxes from Kite Packaging and, somewhere along the way, realised I’d gone for the wrong size. One of those annoying little mistakes where you think you’ve checked properly, but clearly not. Anyway, I got in touch with them about returning the order, expecting it to maybe take a while or involve a bit of back and forth, but it was actually really straightforward. They processed the refund faster than I thought they would, and the money was back in my account within a few days. Not much drama to report, which is the best kind of customer service experience.

"Product info was accurate"
I ordered a few boxes and some bubble wrap after checking the sizes online, and I kind of assumed they’d be close enough based on the product details. Luckily, everything showed up pretty much as described, so there wasn’t any real guesswork involved.
I’m giving 4 stars because one of the photos made the box look a little thicker than it actually was, or at least that’s what I expected at first glance. It still worked fine for what I needed though.
